The top floor with its living space and terraces

Back in the hallway, head up the stairs to the top floor. You will find the living room, kitchen, toilets and two terraces. The one in front has a beautiful view over the bay of Roses, Empúries to the left and l’Escala to the right.

The neighborhood

The apartment is 2 minutes from the lively center of l’Escala. The beach is always calm in the morning, but in the afternoon it becomes pleasantly lively. Around are several restaurants, cafes and a Jazz bar (ULTRAMAR).
