Short description of 4p apartment close to beach and centre
This 2 bedroom apartment is located at a few hundred meters from the beach of Riells. It has a pool in the fenced garden which makes it perfect for younger children.

From the balcony one can keep an eye on the garden and pool. The place is very well maintained and sports satelite tv and has WiFi. The old town center is a mere 10 minutes walk away. Enjoy restaurants and sidewalk cafés while overlooking the bay of l’Escala.
The space
Apartment with room for up to 4 guests. Go with the elevator to the first floor and enter a beautifully kept holiday apartment. There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and sea views. Dimensions of the bed: 190 x 150 cm. The other has two single beds, a cupboard and a cabinet for various small items. The room has two windows and is overlooking the garden and pool. The pool measures 15 x 8 meters, is only used by residents and is maintained daily by the administrator.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bathtub which also has shower. The second toilet is in the hallway. There is a well equipped kitchen that has recently been completely renovated. The door gives to the balcony where is a laundry closet with a washing machine.
The terrace (30 m2) is located at the front and has direct sea view. It has sun almost all day but one can always find a shady spot against the heat.
Important information
Final cleaning is mandatory and the contribution is € 45. This is charged together with the tourist tax (€ 1.00 per person older than 17, max. 7 nights) and any ordered sheets (€ 18.00 per double bed and € 8.00 per single bed) and/or towels (€ 10 per person) paid on arrival.

The area
The apartment residence is placed very central. From the hall you walk directly on the beautiful boulevard. Turn left and walk along the coast towards the old center with its beach La Platja. Surrounding the beach are several cafes with outdoor terraces. There is a beautiful view of the Bay of Roses. Stroll through the streets and discover restaurants, shops and more.

Turn right from the hall and walk in 2 minutes to the beach of Riells. This beautiful wide and long beach also has its own boardwalk. There are restaurants and shops. At the right is Funtastic Empordà. The place to hire a water scooter.
Slightly further are the beaches of Montgó and Illa Mateua. Here are activities that range from canoeing to scuba diving. On Montgó is the beautiful outside pool of Can Miquel.

On a lesser day the ruins of Empuries are worth a visit. Enjoy a lunch at Sant Martí d’Empúries at the Plaça Major.
Culturally, there is also much to do. Figueres, with its Museo de Dalí, Girona with its beautiful cathedral and a little further of course Barcelona with Gaudi.

Sport enthusiasts do not get bored. Water sports at sea such as canoeing, paddle board, diving or snorkeling just to name a few. There are great trails to the beach of Sant Pere Pescador where one can kite surf, windsurf or fly a kite. Just enjoying the sun is also allowed. For lovers of mechanical sport the kart track of l’Escala is a must. For the horse riders there is a riding school at the entrance of l’Escala.
