Villa Sonni 6P with private pool, free Wifi, Airco and French Sattv is situated in a great spot. The Puig Sec area is residential with villas and nice panoramas. Villa Sonni has everything to spend a relaxed holiday. A private swimming pool (open from half May till November) in the garden and air conditioning in the home. Very family friendly and pets are welcome too!
The space
Villa Sonni is a well furnished villa. There is room for six people in three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The other two have a large bathroom with shower. Everything is nicely finished. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, large oven, microwave, a dishwasher and more. The living room has a sofa couch and armchairs. There is a flat-screen TV. The air conditioning chase the heat away, if necessary. From the living room is access to the spacious terrace with a large dining table with chairs. Here one can enjoy a wonderful meal with family or friends.

Because the villa is on top of the hill Puig Sec, there is always a vista. Upstairs is a roof terrace which has a panoramic view over the sea and muntanya Montgó. In the backyard is the private pool with terrace. There is a lounge garden furniture set and a canopy against the sun. Access is both from the terrace upstairs or from a door in the living room.

Final cleaning is mandatory. The space must be broom clean, the garbage must be emptied in the designated rubbish containers and garbage cans. Fridge and freezer must also be left empty and clean.
The surroundings of Villa Sonni l’Escala
Located 20 minutes walk from the beautiful bay of Montgó and its wonderful sandy beach. The beach promenade is lively with nice cafes and restaurants. The historic center of l’Escala is also nearby and is always fun to visit. Next to l’Escala are the famous excavations of Empuries. These are very much worth seeing. If you want to go horseback riding that is also possible, there is a riding school at the entrance of the village border. There is a lot to do culturally, Figueres with its Museo de Dalí, Girona with its beautiful cathedral and a little further, of course, Barcelona with Gaudi.

There is also a lot to do in the sporting field. Water sports at sea such as canoe, jet ski, diving or snorkeling. Excellent cycle paths to the beach of Sant Pere Pescador where you can kitesurf, windsurf or just enjoy the sun.
