This former fisherman’s house in the old town of l’Escala has been completely renovated while preserving its original details. The coarse stone wall in the downstairs living room is a good example. Inside there is air conditioning and WiFi on all floors. There are two fully equipped kitchens with induction hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on each floor. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for smaller children. There are also double beds in the other bedrooms, all with smart TV.

There is a toilet in the salon on the ground floor. The bedroom floors each have a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

The second living room is on the third floor. In front of it is a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. There is also a metal spiral staircase to the roof terrace/solarium. When it is warm, the outdoor shower will provide cooling.
Thanks to the kitchen on this floor, you don’t have to walk up and down to the ground floor. You can stream via your phone or tablet on the smart TV on the wall.
