1. What type of holiday homes do you rent? We offer a carefully selected selection of comfortable holiday homes in L’Escala and the surrounding area. Most accommodations feature a private pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Some are just a few meters from the beach, and if there's no air conditioning, there are ceiling fans.

2. How can I book a holiday home? Booking is easy through our website. Choose a house, select your dates, and fill in your details. After confirmation, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation by email. Do you have any questions? Feel free to contact us.

3. Is cleaning included in the rental price? Final cleaning is mandatory for all houses. This is paid on-site. The exact costs and conditions are clearly stated for each accommodation.

4. Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes, with every booking, we ask for a deposit, which will be refunded within a few days of your stay, provided there is no damage or additional cleaning required.

5. What happens if I want to cancel? Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which you can find in your booking confirmation and on our website. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance for added protection.
